CSGF and FIBA China Officially Launch Basketball Court Certification Cooperation During the China Sport Show 2025

During the China Sport Show 2025, the China Sporting Goods Federation (CSGF) and the FIBA China jointly held a signing ceremony and accreditation ceremony to formally launch their cooperation on basketball court certification in Chinese mainland.

At the event, FIBA China officially authorized ZhongTiLian (Beijing) Certification Services Co., Ltd. as the exclusive promotion and operations partner for FIBA basketball court certification services in mainland China. The two parties officially initiated collaborative work on the implementation of FIBA court standards.

To support this effort, CSGF has successfully formed a technical working group comprising leading industry organizations. The group includes over 20 participating entities, such as 11 equipment manufacturers and venue operators, 3 testing institutions, and 8 provincial venue associations, all actively involved in drafting the Technical Specifications for Basketball Court Certification (FIBA China). This initiative will strongly support the standardized development of basketball events and activities across the country.

In addition, CSGF will also address the need for on-site evaluation tools by initiating the development of portable testing equipment, focusing on both functionality and cost-effectiveness. The first round of high-standard venue testing and certification has also been launched, aiming to accumulate practical data and lay a solid foundation for the standardized application of the certification system.
