The 2nd GA of the 3rd Session of CSGF Roller-skating and Skateboard Committee Held in Beijing

On January 12, the 2nd General Assembly of the 3rd session of CSGF roller-skating and skateboard committee was held in Beijing. Relevant executives of CSGF and China Roller Skate Association, industry experts, and representatives from member enterprises attended the meeting, to review the development of the industry and plan for work in 2026.
 
It was pointed out that the roller skating and skateboarding industry has achieved growth driven by the Olympic effect, yet still faces challenges such as international trade barriers and homogeneous competition. Meanwhile, it has encountered opportunities including policy support and the growing market demand of the adolescent group.
 
In 2025, the committee has achieved significant progress. It established the "3+1" working system, advanced the "standard empowerment" strategy, initiated the formulation and revision of a number of standards, produced the Product Catalog, and achieved remarkable results in the roller skating and skateboarding exhibition area at China Sport Show 2025.
 
The meeting defined four core tasks in 2026 for the Committee, which will advance the implementation of various work under the concept of "standard empowerment and event linkage". A number of distinguished guests shared experience on topics such as standard certification, product testing and exhibition operation. The participating representatives held discussions on standard implementation, event standardization and overseas market development.
 
In the afternoon, attendees paid a visit to the headquarter of Amazon China for exchanges. The participating representatives gained a clearer understanding of the operational logic of cross-border e-commerce and broadened their international horizons.
 
This meeting clarified the development path of the roller skating and skateboarding industry for 2026 and built consensus among the member companies of the Committee. Going forward, the Committee will stay focus towards standardization, branding and internationalization.
