China - Europe Cooperation on Sports Industry，CSGF and Messe Friedrichshafen Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On September 3, 2021, China Sporting Goods Federation (hereinafter referred to as CSGF) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Messe Friedrichshafen (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Messe Friedrichshafen).

The agreement was signed by Mr. LUO Jie, the Vice Chair and Secretary General of CSGF, and Mr. ZHANG Jida, the Chief Strategy Officer of Messe Friedrichshafen.

The two parties reached consensus on fostering the development of Hainan's sports industry, developing trade shows for sub-segments, and facilitating international exchanges cooperation between China and Europe.

CSGF is an association of sporting goods manufacturers and distributors in China recognized by Ministry of Civil Affairs. CSGF joined the World Federation of Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) as the sole Chinese and plenipotentiary member, and makes voice in global stage in name of sporting goods industry of China. CSGF has over 700 member companies, covering most of the top companies in sporting goods and services, specializing in ball sports, winter/snow sports, fitness, stadium facilities, physical education, outdoor sports, etc.

Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH is one of the leading exhibition companies in Germany, with many renowned professional trade shows in sport and leisure segments such as EUROBIKE, AERO, INTERBOOT, MOTORWORLD, and PFERD Bodensee. Since 2006 it has been dedicated to introducing successful trade shows from Europe to China, exploring the Chinese market for related industries of Europe and pushing forward the growth of these fields in China.
