Dish Network Corp. filed lawsuits against Peloton Interactive, Lululemon Athletica and Icon Health & Fitness over its workout streaming technology.

The lawsuits, filed Tuesday in federal court in Texas and Delaware on behalf of Sling TV, accuses Peloton, NordicTrack-owner Icon Health & Fitness Inc. and Mirror-owner Lululemon using Dish’s patented technology that “allows Internet users to stream content from across the world in real-time at the highest possible quality,” according to Bloomberg.

The suit claims the technology was created by Move Networks, which was acquired by Dish in 2010.

The patents addressed include ways to improve online video quality including fast-forwarding, rewinding and browsing on multiple streams without interruption. Sling uses the technology in a bundled offering for live TV channels streamed over the internet for a monthly fee. Dish said Sling TV can “replicate the streaming-while-exercising experience.”

Separately, Dish and Sling filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. to block imports of Peloton, NordicTrack and Mirror products into the U.S.
