Investment in China's Fitness Centre Market Continues to Grow, Overseas Companies Preferred to Participate in China Sport Show

Data from the "Report on the Competitive Status of China's Fitness Centre Industry and Suggestions for Investment Decisions, 2023-2029" shows that the investment in fitness centres in China was 12.46 billion Yuan in 2022, up 9.65% year-on-year. Among them, the investment in urban streets, communities and townships' national construction centres accounted for 66.6%, and the investment in large and medium-sized urban national construction centres accounted for 33.4%.
 
At present, the number of people who regularly participate in physical exercise in China is relatively evenly distributed. However, the age distribution shows a decrease in the percentage of people participating in physical exercise as their age increases. The highest percentage of people participating in physical activity is in the 20-29 age group, at 48.2%, while the lowest percentage of people participating in physical activity is in the 70-and-over age group, at 26.0%.
 
In the long run, investment in China's fitness centre market continues to grow, which will surely bring more business opportunities. China's sports market has always remained open, and more powerful overseas companies are welcome to participate in the process of China's sports development.
