　　——Innovation Seminar on the 2nd Generation of Outdoor Fitness Equipment Redefine the Industry

　　On July 27, 2017, China Sporting Goods Federation invited executives and technical directors of 13 outdoor fitness equipment enterprises to participate in Innovation Seminar on the 2nd Generation Outdoor Fitness Equipment. The participants evaluate the effect of awards activity of the 2nd generation outdoor fitness equipment and explore key technical indicators of the 2nd generation outdoor fitness equipment. The seminar was presided over by Wen Jia, vice secretary general of China Sporting Goods Federation. Luo Jie, secretary general delivered an key-note speech.

　　Development guidelines for Made in China 2025 and Healthy China 2030 urge the sport industry, especially the sport facilities and equipment manufacturing industry to complete transformation and upgrading as soon as possible. The Outdoor Fitness New Equipment Product Awards Activity held by China Sporting Goods Federation during the Sport Show in 2017 has arose wide attention of various circles of the society.

　　Experts in the seminar proposed dozens of new concepts from scientific fitness, health monitoring to EPC network, cloud platform, human-machine interaction, and even the combination with space and natural environment. They depicted images of the 2nd generation outdoor fitness equipment from several aspects. The seminar focuses on the discussion on the general and critical technologies of these innovative products in the new generation of outdoor fitness equipment, which will be promoted through associated researching work. Meanwhile, it will revise a series of standards to adjust to the industry and future market development brought by product iteration.

　　The federation will organize enterprises to establish working groups and implement the preparatory work of National Fitness Outdoor Equipment Professional Committee. Thirteen enterprises which participated in this seminar represent the backbone of outdoor fitness equipment industry.
