The first meeting of Professional Artificial Grass Committee of China Sporting Goods Federation was held in Shijiazhuang and Professional Artificial Grass Committee was formally established

In order to promote the healthy development of artificial grass industry and unite more artificial grass enterprises, on December 7, China Sporting Goods Federation held the first meeting of Professional Artificial Grass Committee in the Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. During the meeting, China Sporting Goods Federation together with seven backbone enterprises in artificial grass industry officially announced the establishment of Professional Artificial Grass Committee of China Sporting Goods Federation. General Secretary Luo Jie, Deputy General Secretary Wen Jia and other leaders attended the meeting.

Luo Jie issued the member's certificate for the first members. Subsequently, the Professional Artificial Grass Committee held the first meeting of Directors Committee. At the meeting, the Professional Artificial Grass Committee made it clear the work objectives and plans which are that, it will promote as soon as possible the revision of national standards for artificial grass and make broad recruitment of members to expand its influence in the industry. The Professional Artificial Grass Committee will also actively participate in environmental protection, public welfare in sports and other related undertakings.

Luo Jie said that the Committee is the first industry organization established through democratic consultation, and that its birth is not only a major step in the reform of China Sporting Goods Federation, but it also provides demonstration for the establishment of other professional committees of China Sporting Goods Federation.
